Miss Sarah Esi Grant, the owner of Change Life Private Home Care, an American citizen, immigrate from West Africa(Ghana). She is a Registered Nurse who has a master’s degree in Nursing(MSN), a Master's degree in Business Administration(MBA), a candidate in Doctor in Nurse Practice(DNP). A former Director of Nursing (West Side House) and an Interim DON(Blaire House of Worcester. The owner specialized in wound care, tracheostomy, G-tubes, Peg tubes, and Intravenous medication administration. A dedicated and hard worker who is available for her clients.
